Shiraya Sushi & Deli will share recipes and secret techniques of preparing a selection of Sushi.
A hands-on class to boost your confidence in making sushi rolls. You will learn the technique of preparing a selection of Sushi.
We will start from the basics to ensure you understand the complete process.
There are no pre-requisite classes or skills. They are conducted in a casual and relaxed environment at the Shiraya Sushi & Deli kitchen in Warrnambool.
After watching demonstrations, participants have the opportunity to practice making the sushi themselves.
A typical class commences with an introduction to the context of of the dish and particular ingredients.
We ensure that every participant is given exposure to all the dish. Then everyone gets to enjoy a tasting selection.
Enjoy making and eating sushi along with Mayumi, who will share how Shiraya Sushi came to Warrnambool.
This will not only be a great opportunity to learn, but a fun social night out!
